Event and Banquet Sales O.T Hodge chile is an excellent choice for your next business meeting, home or school event. This is a substantial, hot meal with great flavor and textures. For the money, there is not a product that can match Hodge's overall banquet/event value. Why serve a cold menu when serving our menu specialties is just as easy, and twice as flavorful? Our chile and other entrees are packed to stay hot and fresh. The method of packaging depends upon when the product is to be used. If you plan to pick up the order immediately before serving, we cook the entrees completely. If the event is a day or more away, we separate the order elements and pack them for short-term storage and quick preparation at your location. In general, chile is prepared in one-gallon containers. This keeps the chile hottest, and it makes for easy serving and fresh entrees upon serving.  This is a custom program. We work with each banquet customer to get the right product prepared the right way for his/her event. What Banquet?? Due to the reasonable price and ease of serving an O.T. Hodge. Since all food is delivered to the store daily for optimum freshness, we will need at least two day's notice on banquet orders. Then we can be certain to have all items available and fresh when you arrive. For new customers, we will need a 25% deposit, which you can provide by credit card on the telephone, or in person if you visit the Ferguson store to place the order. When you place the order we will select a time for a convenient pick-up or delivery.  Any menu item can be ordered for your banquet. HODGE BANQUET PACKAGES Package #1 - Chile Mac Banquet Package #1 - Chile Mac Meal- For 25 people $105.00                                                                         For 50 people $210.00 This is a hearty meal which will please and satisfy your group. Chile Mac is well known. It is the #1 chile entree at O.T. Hodge. People like it and know about it. Chile is packed separately from the spaghetti, eight ounces per person. The spaghetti is packed in bulk, either fully cooked for instant serving, or parboiled and refrigerated to heat up before serving at a later time.   Package #2 - Chile and Tamale Meal Banquet Package #2 - Tamale topped with Chile - 25 People - $85.00                                                                                              50 People - $170.00 This is a very easy to fix meal, and very economical. It has great flavor and texture. Everyone will like it. We pack chile in gallon containers, and keep the tamales in their original paper wrappings for maximum freshness and warmth. Tamales are packed in styrofoam and corrugated for pick-up.
