This is our most popular and economical Party Package. We seal hot O.T. Hodge chile in containers of one to five gallons to keep it hot, and we provide a chile scoop for quick serving. You can add spaghetti and other condiments to the chile at your event site. This is an extremely economical way to serve large groups quickly with a name-brand product they will love.

This is a very easy to serve meal, and very economical. It has great flavor and texture. Everyone will like it. We pack chile in gallon containers, and keep the tamales in their original paper wrappings for maximum freshness and warmth. Tamales are packed in styrofoam and corrugated for pick-up. This meal is served at your location by removing the paper from the tamales, placing them on plates, and pouring hot chile over them. This takes only minutes for a tasty lunch or dinner.

This is a hearty meal which will please and satisfy your group. O.T. Hodge Chile Mac is well known. It is the #1 chile entree at O.T. Hodge. Chile is packed separately from the spaghetti, eight ounces per person. The spaghetti is packed in bulk, either fully cooked for instant serving, or parboiled and refrigerated to heat up before serving at a later time.

This is the famous O.T. Hodge Chile "Brick." O.T. Hodge manufactures its chile in a condensed form for provision to its parlors. These bricks, when mixed with water and heated serve 19 people. A brick can be refrigerated for four weeks, staying fresh and tasty. It can be frozen for months, removed from the freezer and heated to create a wonderful O.T. Hodge Chile meal. You can cut it into sections, freeze the single size sections, and make chile all winter in minutes. If you want available chile at home anytime, or if you need O.T. Hodge Chile for a vacation, buy an O.T. Hodge Chile "Brick." You will not be disappointed in this choice. Complete cooking instructions are provided.

Winterl is O.T. Hodge Chile Party time. Kick off the season with one of O.T. Hodge's Winter Takeout Specials. For the money, there is not a product that can match Hodge's overall value for your party. Why serve a cold menu when serving our menu specialties is just as easy, and twice as flavorful?
Our chile and other entrees are packed to stay hot and fresh. The method of packaging depends upon when the product is to be used. If you plan to pick up the order immediately before serving, we cook the entrees completely. If the event is a day or more away, we separate the order elements and pack them for short-term storage and quick preparation at your location. In general, chile is prepared in one-gallon containers. This keeps the chile hottest, and it makes for easy serving and fresh entrees upon serving. This is a custom program. We work with each Chile Party customer to get the right product prepared the right way for his/her event.

How the Program Works
All orders are prepared to order at the Ferguson, MO O.T. Hodge. For large orders we need at least two days notice. For a single gallon, call and allow one hour for preparation.
For new customers, we will need a 25% deposit, which you can provide by credit card on the telephone, or in person if you visit the Ferguson store to place the order. When you place the order we will select a time for a convenient pick-up or delivery.
